Why Volleyball
Ayden originally started playing because of friends but the more she played, the more she fell in love with the sport. What's kept her in it: all the plays you can make with your team.
Why She Coaches at No Panic
Having played at No Panic for 3 years, Ayden has seen firsthand the vision the club offers its players and the potential it has and wanted to be part of building it.
Coaching Philosophy
“Players are like butterflies - they can never see their own beautiful wings, and coaches exist to show them.”
Specialization
Ayden's top coaching strengths are jumping, hitting, and passing mechanics. She motivates players by displaying skill, building confidence, and developing fundamentals. Her go-to piece of advice: use your legs more when passing, setting, and hitting.
Off the Court
Outside volleyball, Ayden stays active with weight lifting.
