FORMAT:

• Week 1 - 6 all teams compete with no division. *amount of teams pending*
• Week 7 all teams are allocated to their respective division based on wins / losses and point differentials for tie breakers. (Gold, Silver, Bronze divisions).
• Week 8 teams are seeded within their division to compete in elimination rounds in one night.

RULES:

1. USAV rules all apply. CLICK HERE FOR RULEBOOK.
2. Point deductions for each minute team arrival after 10 minutes of scheduled time.
3. Roster lock after week 6.
4. Games are best 3 out of 5 games with the 5th game to 15.
5. If games end before the allotted time, teams may share 1/2 the court for practice purposes.
6. Rosters are reviewed before the beginning of each match.
7. Minimum of 5 players on the court to begin play (6vs6 only).
8. Minimum of 3 players on the court to begin play (4vs4 only).
9. Max 15 players on a roster.
10. Subsitutions not previously on the roster prior to week 6 will not be permitted for the finals. Players who are main rostered players must compete with their main team.
11. Rotation rules
12. 6vs6 - normal rotation applies.
13. Revco - no rotation necessary, but serving order must be observed.
14. Substitutions / Rosters -
15. Substitutes are allowed if team has 5 or less people and are on the verge of forfeiting. Maximum of 6 players, with no players on the bench.
16. A $10 charge will be assessed for original unrostered subs. The substitute can be a rostered player once the prorated remainder of the season fee is paid.
17. A Free Agent charge will be assessed for players on the roster after the 7th rostered player.
18. Players may be added to the roster prior to the 6th week of league play and will pay the prorated cost of the remainder of the league season. Rosters will be locked on the 6th week of league play.
19. Roster can be replaced if original players are unavailable to compete due to unforeseen events not limited to: injury, illness, family emergency.
20. If original players are present and are not injured which causes players to be unfit to compete, a substitute player may be used.
21. Libero subs allowed
22. must be subbed in and out of the backrow for any player
23. double liberos may be used, but only one libero on the court during game play. See libero rules in USAV HANDBOOK - CLICK HERE
24. Liberos may serve for one player only during a set.
25. 12 Substitutions - Gold and Silver Divisions
26. Unlimited subs - Bronze
27. Team may utilize the rotational substitution or USAV substitution procedures and must stick to that procedure per set.
28. Rotational substitutions will only allow one sub in and one sub out per rotation.
29. Coin toss will be conducted within the first 10 minutes of your schedule game play.
30. Warm - ups will be as follows:
31. 2 minutes shared court time.
32. 3 minutes of team unshared warm - up time.
33. 1 minute of serving unshared warm - up time for your team.
34. Forfeits:
35. Teams will be charge $50 for each game forfeited.
36. Minimum of 5 players for gameplay to avoid forfeit (6vs6).
37. Minimum of 3 players for gameplay to avoid forfeit (4vs4).
38. Team can pay $10 per sub from a team not in play to avoid a forfeit.
39. Teams will be removed from the league after 3 forfeits.
