TrueAP Partnership - Fitness & Performance: Coach Ian
Coach Ian and his team are part of our partnership with True Athlete Performance (TrueAP) to bring cutting-edge sports performance training to No Panic Volleyball athletes. Designed specifically for volleyball players, this program focuses on improving key athletic skills to help you excel on the court.
As a dedicated sports performance coach, Coach Ian specializes in helping athletes of all ages and across all sports unlock their full potential. With 2 years of personal training experience and over a year dedicated to sports performance coaching, he has worked with athletes from beginners to champions—including supporting a 2x state championship volleyball team.
His approach combines proven training methods with a focus on building strong foundations in movement, strength, and confidence. Every session is designed to not only improve performance on the field or court but also to foster discipline, resilience, and a love for the game.
Why he loves Coaching & Coaching Philosophy
He played 15 years of baseball, from little league through high school and into high-level travel baseball. During that time, he was a 2x varsity letter holder, which gave him firsthand experience in the commitment, discipline, and passion it takes to compete at a high level. His background as an athlete drives his passion for coaching and fuels his mission to help the next generation of athletes succeed.
He believes athletes develop best in an environment where hard work meets encouragement. His philosophy is simple: focus on fundamentals, push past limits, and build habits that translate to success not just in sports, but in life.
Vision for the future
He works with youth and teen athletes across all sports who want to gain a competitive edge, improve their performance, or build a stronger athletic foundation. From first-time athletes to advanced players chasing championships, his coaching is designed to meet each athlete’s unique needs.
