Rahul Mohan, Director of Finance & Foundation Programs
At No Panic Volleyball, Rahul is accountable for the Junior Development Program, which focuses on athletes ages 10–14, and the Boys Volleyball Training program, designed to prepare boys for competitive club-level play. He also oversees the boys’ club teams (ages 14–18) and manages the Performance Training partnership with TrueAP. Through this collaboration, we provide elite, volleyball-specific performance and strength training to help our athletes excel on and off the court. In addition, he ensures the overall quality and consistency of all programs we offer.
With a diverse athletic background in competitive track, chess, and martial arts, he brings a unique, multidisciplinary approach to coaching and player development. His greatest passion lies in identifying and nurturing junior talent, helping young people unlock their full potential and reach new heights—in their sport and beyond.

Why he loves volleyball and coaching philosophy
He currently competes in BB-level adult volleyball leagues and especially enjoys playing as a DS, a role focused on serve receive, passing, strong serving, and back-row defense. It’s a position that demands quick reflexes, strong court awareness, and consistency—qualities he aims to instill in the athletes he coaches.
Mentorship is a central part of his philosophy—whether working with young athletes or young adults, he is committed to supporting their growth not only in sport but also in character, confidence, and life readiness. He believes in building strong relationships that empower individuals to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and develop into resilient, well-rounded people.
