Coach Nova believes that βcharacter outweighs talent.β Her philosophy blends technical development with life skills emphasizing discipline, confidence, and growth mindset. She fosters an environment of accountability and support, where players thrive as athletes and as people.
Personal Interests and Fun Fact
Outside of volleyball, Coach Nova works full time as a Medical Assistant and plans to pursue a career in athletic training or physical therapy. She loves cooking, singing, dancing, and anything about mermaids.
Fun Fact: Her ideal day is swimming at the beach with good food and good company.
