Why He Loves Volleyball and Coaching Philosophy
Coach Jake was inspired by his friends—and yes, the anime Haikyuu!! - to give volleyball a shot. Since then, it has become his second home. His coaching style is grounded in resilience, team-first mentality, and maximizing every rep. He believes every moment on the court is a chance to turn a setback into a breakthrough.

With a focus on building on-court IQ and advanced techniques, Coach Jake prepares his players with the skills and mental readiness to succeed at any level. His experience as an adult player enhances his coaching approach, giving players the tools they need for long-term growth.
Personal Interests and Fun Fact
Coach Jake works full-time in education and previously served as a college camp counselor, supporting young boys through challenges both physical and mental - skills that now serve him well in coaching.
Fun Fact: He began playing volleyball in 2020 and quickly grew from a casual league participant into a competitive athlete and passionate coach.
