Asst Director Girls Middle & High School - Pia Cajuguiran
Coach Pia Cajuguiran, of Virginia, has been playing volleyball since high school and continues to compete via grass, sand, and indoor recreational leagues across Northern Virginia. Now in her 4th year coaching with No Panic Volleyball Club across the 13s Girls, 14s Girls, and 14s Development Boys teams. She brings a nurturing, fundamentals-first approach to every practice.

Why She Loves Volleyball and Coaching Philosophy
Coach Pia has stayed connected to volleyball for years - it's brought her joy and community, and now she shares that joy with the next generation. Her coaching philosophy centers on positivity, respect, patience, and confidence built through repetition and knowledge of the fundamentals, with a simple mantra: stay positive and keep moving forward.
Personal Interests and Fun Fact
Pia has too many hobbies to list, but her ideal day is spent at the beach, cooking, and fishing with family and friends. She also enjoys active gardening, DIY home renovations, and family game nights playing cards, dominoes, and board games and is training for a marathon as part of her commitment to staying active. She stays current on the sport by attending games, coaches trainings, and clinics.
