Coach Pasha sees volleyball as more than a sport - it’s his way of life. He believes in balancing aggression with calmness to push players to new levels, and he emphasizes a routine of pre-session warmups and home drills to mentally and physically prepare athletes for competition. His coaching is driven by moments of breakthrough when players correct bad habits and light up with realization.


Personal Interests and Fun Fact

Outside of coaching, Pasha enjoys working out, badminton, ping pong, and thriller movies. He has been consistently training since 2020, which has made him quicker and more agile on the court.
