Why he loves Coaching & Coaching Philosophy
Inspired by her father, a former coach, Adelaide believes in shaping well-rounded athletes with realistic goals and a strong mindset. Her philosophy balances fun and focus, ensuring players learn when to celebrate and when to lock in.
Personal Interests and fun fact
Outside of volleyball, Coach Adelaide enjoys animals, especially her cat Wubbie! Her background in the outdoor recreational space means she also enjoys hiking, camping, and (of course) a perfectly curated playlist. Her next goal is to go back to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.
Fun Fact: Adelaide was a biology intern for Prince William County testing mosquitos for disease control.
Vision for the future
Coach Adelaide is committed to helping athletes earn medals, grow as teammates, and qualify for AAU Nationals. She aims to create growth plans for each player and utilize statistics in real-time to meet every goal set. With this mindset and intention, she will create well-rounded players who bring their A-game to every court.
