Why She Loves Volleyball and Coaching Philosophy
Emma started playing because her friends did, and stayed for the sport's constant motion and the teamwork it demands. Her coaching philosophy centers on preparing players for the next level - whatever that is, middle school, high school, or the next club level - through strong fundamentals and a full understanding of the game.
Vision for the Season
Emma's goal isn't just winning - it's real, measurable improvement in every player by season's end. She turns drills into competitions to keep practices fun and engaging, and stays sharp by watching college and pro matches and studying new drills on YouTube.
