Coach Gabriela Reda, originally from Sparkill, New York, brings over 20 years of volleyball experience and a passion for health, wellness, and holistic athlete development to No Panic Volleyball Club.

Why She Loves Volleyball and Coaching Philosophy

Coach Gabriela fell in love with volleyball in 7th grade and brings a coaching style that’s supportive, structured, and rooted in fundamentals. She emphasizes game-like play, smart decision-making, and the integration of wellness into athletic growth. Her mission is to develop confident, resilient athletes who thrive both on and off the court.


Personal Interests and Fun Fact

Outside of volleyball, Coach Gabriela enjoys arts and crafts, baking with whole food ingredients, camping, hiking, dancing, and music. She has a lifelong passion for fitness, having competed in track and field, worked as a lifeguard for over 10 years, and recently completed two half-marathons in 2024. Her next goal? A triathlon!

Fun Fact: Gabriela was an EMT for seven years.
