Coaching Philosophy
Coach Kenny strives to create an environment where athletes can enjoy volleyball, compete, and improve without being afraid to make mistakes. He believes mistakes are an important part of learning and wants every player to leave practice feeling more confident and capable than when they arrived.
His advice to players is simple: Play confidently, learn from every point, and always focus on the next ball.
Vision for the Season
Coach Kenny’s goal is to help every athlete improve throughout the season while building a competitive, confident, and consistent team. He wants players to support one another and create a positive environment where everyone can grow.
Off the Court
Kenny enjoys hiking, playing video games, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. He also likes discovering new places for coffee and food.
Fun Fact: Kenny grew up surrounded by soccer because of his family, but he chose volleyball instead - a decision that still confuses them today.
