Coach Pia Cajuguiran, originally from the Philippines and California, brings a lifelong love of volleyball and a nurturing, fundamentals-first approach to her coaching at No Panic Volleyball Club.

- Over 3 years of volleyball coaching experience
- Played volleyball throughout high school and in adult rec leagues (indoor and outdoor)
- Returned to volleyball after raising two sons and now coaches youth with a foundational focus

Why She Loves Volleyball and Coaching Philosophy
Coach Pia began playing volleyball in high school and has stayed connected to the sport for decades. Volleyball has brought her joy, activity, and community and now she shares that joy with the next generation. Her coaching philosophy focuses on positivity, respect, patience, and building confidence through foundational skills.
Personal Interests and Fun Fact
When not coaching, Pia enjoys active gardening, DIY home renovations, and family game nights playing cards, dominoes, and board games. She is also training for a marathon as part of her commitment to health and staying active.
Fun Fact: Coach Pia was once featured in a local newspaper during her youth!

Coach Pia’s goal is simple yet impactful: to help players have fun, enjoy the moment, and walk away from every season with skills, confidence, and lasting memories. As a volleyball referee in the off-season and an avid game watcher, she stays up-to-date with the sport to continuously bring new insights into her training sessions.
