14-1 Girls Assistant Coach: Chettra Chhouk

Coach Chettra Chhouk, originally from Cambodia, brings over eight years of coaching experience and a passion for youth development to No Panic Volleyball Club. Transitioning from a successful soccer coaching background, she found her love for volleyball just two years ago and has since committed to inspiring athletes through both sports.

Coach Chettra thrives on the energy, challenge, and connection that team sports provide. Her coaching style is supportive, structured, and confidence-driven, helping athletes learn from mistakes while pushing themselves to improve. She believes in celebrating small wins and fostering a culture where all players feel valued and motivated.


Personal Interests and Fun Fact

Off the court, Coach Chettra is passionate about sports photography, capturing the spirit of athletic competition. She also helps manage one of Prince William County’s busiest farmers markets and enjoys working on her Mazda Miata MX-5 NA.

Fun Fact: She balances coaching with creative pursuits in photography and market management - showing the same leadership off the court as she does on it.
