Coach Carlo-Niel Castillo, born and raised in Northern Virginia, brings energy, adaptability, and a passion for building meaningful team connections to No Panic Volleyball Club. His journey into volleyball began in 2020, transitioning from a deep background in music and leadership through marching band to a committed player and now assistant coach.

Coach Carlo discovered volleyball during the pandemic and was instantly hooked by its energy and complexity. He believes in fun-first coaching, where players grow by enjoying the process. His philosophy is rooted in openness, collaboration, and positivity, encouraging players to bring their best selves to every game and practice.

Outside of volleyball, Coach Carlo is deeply passionate about music, having mastered both drums and clarinet. He brings this rhythm and creativity into his coaching style.
