Skills Progressions
Working on your hitting, setting, or defense skills this summer! We will cover approaching, contact, technique, and strategy for hitting, work on reading the hitter and where to be on defense, and technique, setting strategy, team communication, and how to lead a team for setting.
**Setting is a very specialized skill in the sport of volleyball. It requires 3 times more training than any other position.
