Junior Development Pgm (10-15)

At the Junior Player Development Program (Pink Shirt Academy), players will learn the proper techniques for the following fundamental skills: passing, serving, setting, and hitting. Each session will incorporate technical skills and team-style strategies. The program runs year-long (4 seasons), with each season lasting 10 weeks and culminating in a tournament at the end of the season. There will be no practice during holiday weekends, and tryouts are not required to participate!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can parents stay and watch practice?
Due to space limitations and the active nature of our gym, we ask that parents drop off and pick up athletes at the end of practice. Thank you for supporting a focused and respectful environment for all players.
Can we sign up for both Saturday and Sunday sessions?
Yes. If you'd like your child to attend both days, you're welcome to register separately for each session. Otherwise, we ask that each athlete sticks to one day per week unless a make-up has been approved in advance.
What happens after my child finishes this program?
Graduates of our Junior Development Program can pursue a variety of next steps at No Panic, depending on their interests and readiness:
* Junior Elite Girls Prep
* Boys Volleyball Training
* Skills Progression Clinics (targeted small-group sessions)
* Private Lessons (up to 2 athletes)
* Tryouts for club volleyball
Our coaches are happy to help guide you through the next phase of your athlete’s journey.
Will my child receive personalized feedback?
Yes. Every athlete receives individual assessments throughout the season:
*Week 1: Baseline assessment
Week 5: Mid-season evaluation
Week 10: End-of-season report*
These touch-points allow us to track progress, set goals, and provide meaningful feedback to support athlete development.
What is Crossbar?

Once your child is registered, you’ll receive access to your athlete’s schedule and important updates through your Crossbar account.
