Because we believe in building a complete athlete, our club and teams individually participate in community service projects. In addition, there are also opportunities for club players to earn service hours:

14s: Mon / Wed 5:00pm - 7:00pm

13-1: Mon / Wed 5:00pm - 7:00pm

14-3: Sat 1:30pm - 3:30pm

SKILLS TRAINING

12s - 14s Fridays 5:00pm - 6:30pm

15s - 18s Fridays 6:30pm - 8:00pm

OPEN GYM

All Ages: Sundays 1pm - 4pm

11s & 14-3: 3-4 events (local)

12s-18s: 8-10 tournaments (local and travel)

Tournaments will be composed of multi-day tournaments and local tournaments under USAV, AAU and/or JVA sanctions. Local tournaments include Maryland and D.C.

12s - 18s LOCAL TOURNAMENTS

• Not limited to Chantilly, Springfield, Alexandria, Annapolis, Jessup, Glenn Allen.

• South Atlantic Championships (Richmond)
• AAU or USAV Nationals (if the team qualifies/optional)
• MAPL (York) - 15-18s Team (invitation)

*2 teams will attend MD MLK, Cap Classic (pending), Spring Fling)

**14-3 will attend only local events

No Panic is dedicated to promoting ongoing improvement. As such, we are allowing the tryout fee to be applied towards programs with us before December 31, 2025.
