Just a reminder, the practice schedule changes next week (November). However, we will remain at No Panic for November instead of holding practices at Rocky Run Middle School yet. Please review the new practice schedule and arrive to practice accordingly.

Good evening,
If for some reason you are not going to Frederick VBC tomorrow with the team and plan to come to the mens team style at 5PM instead:
We apologize for the location change, but we will need to keep our last men's team style practice at MANASSAS, not Chantilly, by popular demand from the adults.
