**Start date to be determined once minimum group size is reached. Payment expected once start date determined.
16 weeks in the minimum to truly see results from performance training, though we recommend 24 weeks for maximum benefit.

- Mondays 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8PM
- Tuesdays 4-5, 6-7PM
- Wednesdays 4:30-5:30, 5:30-6:30, 7-8PM
- Thursdays 4-5, 6-7, 7-8PM
- Fridays 4-5, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8PM
- Saturdays 10-11AM, 11-12PM
Sessions will begin once the time slot is full. Payment will be expected once the first date is determined per group.

Trainers
Coach Springer
Coach Springer, originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has his B.S in Exercise Physiology-Sports Medicine at East Stroudsburg University. With a desire to mentor young athletes, as well as professional athletes, he quickly pursued internships with various professional sports organizations. Coach Springer also worked within the Washington Redskins organization from 1999-2005. Springer continued his career in private, personal training in the Washington D.C. area by starting his own business in 1993. A swimmer who achieved All-American status, a baseball player and a collegiate football player, Coach Springer realized he was most influential in the training and mentoring of athletes, inspiring them to reach their maximum potential and encouraging them to strive for their highest goals. He has been developing and increasing athletesβ speed, agility, power, strength, and endurance where hard work always beats talent. Coach Springer not only promotes fitness and wellness, he believes in incorporating nutritional education and injury prevention to inspire and educate clients.
