Tryout Prep Session
This session is designed to help the girls feel confident and ready for upcoming tryouts. We’ll focus on sharpening fundamentals, building game awareness, and boosting conditioning — all in a supportive, encouraging environment. The goal is to help each player understand what coaches look for, gain comfort under pressure, and step into tryouts feeling prepared and motivated to perform their best.
