$225 a week for 2 - 6 weeks

9am-9:15am: Check in and warm up games

9:15am - 10am: Volleyball 1 related activities

10am - 10:15am: Light Snack break // Recovery techniques // Transition

10:15am - 11:00am: Pickleball ball related games

11:00am - 12pm: Light Snack break // Volleyball 2 related activities

12pm - 1:30pm: Midday break // Lunch // Movie // Nap

1:30pm - 1:45pm: Transition time

1:45pm - 2:00pm: Chalk talk
