Getting the ball up is one thing, but passing the ball to a target is EVEN BETTER!!! In this progression, we will cover some basic techniques to help you with your game such as serving strategy, ball control, and defense.

Only Coaches and Players on courts during sessions. Parents must be a USAV member coach and a No Panic Volleyball Club coach to participate.
