GIRLS Club Season TRYOUTS

Our club teams are designed for players seeking to compete at a high club level. Players are selected based on positive attitude, communication, skill level and goals. Club season runs from October (boys)/November (girls) to May with October and November reserved for tryouts.

• Proof of birth: Birth certificate, passport, or ID. We only need to see it at check-in — copies aren't collected until an offer is accepted.
• CHRVA MEMBERSHIP: Proof of current membership required at check-in. (you can see how to access your digital card here)
• USAV Player Medical Release Form (access here)

*Required Documents Must Be Submitted Before Tryouts. Incomplete or missing documentation will prevent or delay participation in tryouts.

• Water: At least 64 oz. - tryouts move fast.
• Knee pads: Recommended, not required.

What happens when my child is offered a spot on a team?

Once offer letters are sent out, we wait for 3 days from the initial tryout day published, not when your child has attended, to hear a response before we must look at other candidates. Once you've accepted an offer to join the team, a $900 commitment fee is due immediately. Monthly payments then start in November (boys) or December (girls/adults).

Offers given after the Chesapeake Region tryout open period will have no grace period and deadlines given at the coaches discretion.

Do you pay the season fee upfront?

No. We understand that not every family can pay the entire season's fee upfront, though you do have that option. Instead, we offer monthly automatic payments after the commitment fee due at the time of offer acceptance.

What is the refund policy for tryouts?

We are not accepting cash for tryouts to reduce check-in time. There are no refunds or credits without approval. Refunds are at the discretion of the No Panic Volleyball Club. Due to limited court availability, time and player limits, we cannot offer any make-up days if a workout is missed. Registrations cannot be transferred to other family members or other players. If we must reschedule tryouts, you may receive a credit or refund.
