No Panic Volleyball League

FORMAT:

Week 1 - 4 all teams compete with no division.

Week 5 all teams are allocated to their respective division based on wins / losses and point differentials for tie breakers. (Gold, Silver, Bronze divisions).

Week 8 teams are seeded within their division to compete in elimination rounds in one night.

RULES:

1. USAV rules all apply. CLICK HERE FOR RULEBOOK.
2. Point deductions for each minute team arrival after 10 minutes of scheduled time.
3. Roster lock after week 3.
4. Games are best 3 out of 5 games with the 5th game to 15.
5. If games end before the allotted time, teams may share 1/2 the court for practice purposes.
6. Rosters are reviewed before the beginning of each match.
7. Minimum of 5 players on the court to begin play (6vs6 only).
8. Minimum of 3 players on the court to begin play (4vs4 only).
9. Max 15 players on a roster.
10. Subsitutions will not be permitted for the finals.
11. Rotation rules
12. 6vs6 - normal rotation applies.
13. Revco - no rotation necessary, but serving order must be observed.
14. Substitutions -
15. Only allowed if team has less than 5 people and are on the verge of forfeiting.
16. Roster can be replaced if original players are unavailable to compete due to unforeseen events not limited to: injury, illness, family emergency.
17. If original players are present and are not injured which causes players to be unfit to compete, a substitute player may be used.
18. Libero subs allowed
19. must be subbed in and out of the backrow for any player

21. Liberos may serve for one player only during a set.
22. 12 Substitutions - Gold and Silver Divisions
23. Unlimited subs - Bronze
24. Coin toss will be conducted within the first 10 minutes of your schedule game play.
25. Warm - ups will be as follows:
26. 2 minutes shared court time.
27. 3 minutes of team unshared warm - up time.
28. 1 minute of serving unshared warm - up time for your team.
29. Forfeits:
30. Teams will be charge $50 for each game forfeited.
31. Minimum of 5 players for gameplay to avoid forfeit (6vs6).
32. Minimum of 3 players for gameplay to avoid forfeit (4vs4).
33. Team can pay $10 per sub from a team not in play to avoid a forfeit.
34. Teams will be removed from the league after 3 forfeits.
